REPUBLIC DU RWANDA issued stamps on African Headdresses on 15 February 1971. These Rwanda stamps were designed and/or engraved by Oscar Hector Bonnevalle (1920-1993).
The African headdresses featured were:
20c – Rendile Woman
30c – Young Toubou Woman from Chad
50c – Bororo Man from Niger
1RF – Masai Man from Kenya (not shown)
