REPUBLIC OF CHINA (ROC) issued in 1947-1948 these definitive stamps of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen, the first provisional president of the ROC. These 100,000, 700, and 25,000 denomination stamps were printed by the Dah Tung Book Co. in Shanghai during a period of high inflation in China.
