Postes Fezzan Charity Surtax Stamps - 1950

POSTES FEZZAN (French occupation of Fezzan and Ghadames, Libya), military territory, issued in 1950 two surtax stamps used  to collect 'Charity' relief. Both stamps depicted allegorical designs of Charity, i.e. mother and children and paternal care.
