ISLE OF MAN POST mint booklet of stamps commemorating the American Transcontinental Railroad, in particular the Union Pacific Railroad, the steam engines and Promontory, Utah event. To be true to history, this was indeed the image snapped on the day eastern and western railroad lines converged in Utah. What most people do not know is that many Chinese laborers were involved in the western line, yet not a face is shown. The same may be said about the under represented number of African-Americans, many of whom were cowboys after the American Civil War.
