The
Voice of Vietnam -- a government owned and operated radio station in
the country -- gifted these souvenir stamps from their nation some years
ago, along with a verification postcard (QSL) for listening to their
station. On occasion, I would received Vietnam postage stamps attached
to envelopes with QSLs enclosed.
